Summer weather is finally here! This week we started work on the Spring Grove Cemetery Mausoleum in Medina replacing the existing flat seam copper roof with a new 20oz system. Excited to see how this one turns out!

As weather allows, we are continuing to work on Liberty Hill Baptist Church’s restoration of their well known sanctuary dome tile roof in Cleveland. We are removing and replacing broken tile, lead and copper flashings as well as multiple roof repairs on various locations. We recently had the privilege of inspecting and repairing some leak issues at the historic St. Agatha- St.Aloysius Catholic Church in Cleveland Grenville neighborhood. Built in 1922 it continues to hold regular mass and service the community with a thriving pre k through 8th grade school

Got the opportunity to meet the owners of the historic Wooster- Boalt House in Norwalk last week about the preservation options for this amazing historic home. The home was built in the 1840’s as a school before it became a residential property a few years later. The current owners have spent thousands of hours over the last 25 years restoring this beauty back to its original form with the roof and gutter trough system being next. We cannot wait to see what options they choose and how beautiful this turns out! #norwalkohio #historicpreservation

Today, we got the privilege of meeting and inspecting St.Peters Catholic Church in downtown Cleveland as part of Cleveland Restoration Society’s Sacred Landmarks Initiative/group. Each one of us in the group is an industry leader in their respective field which allows us as a whole to inspect these historical structures from from the top down to help congregations start to plan for the maintenance and possible restoration of these amazing cultural structures…
